Snap Deal Waste of Time

I have always loved wrist watches, so when a newly launched website offered watches, which are really stylish at affordable prices I thought of giving it a shot. I went ahead and ordered 3 watches from the site.

When, I ordered the watches I never knew I was in for a nightmare. I received the watches quickly and without and problems. But, when I opened the case I was in for a rude shock. The watches looked and felt nothing like a good quality watch is supposed to. The straps felt as if were made of plastic and would come apart any second. When, I wore the black formal watch and turned my wrist the glass of the face just fell out and smashed. I was shocked to see that happen in a brand new watch. I made up my mind to give a complaint to the customer care department.

I tried on the second watch on which the metal loop was disfigured, which caused scratches all over the strap. Now, was I really angry about quality of the watches given.

I sent and e-mail to the customer care department but there was no response from them.  Please, don’t waste your money buying these watches there are not worth your time.
