Having a passion for cooking, I always used to idolize Sanjeev Kapoor. So, when on Starcj.com
I see a product that was being personally endorsed by Sanjeev Kapoor. I just had to have it. I ordered the product immediately.
The delivery was fast no doubt and the product looked and felt fantastic from
the start.

It also came with a one year warranty but, just after a few
months the pan started getting bubbles in the

coating and then coating started peeling off.
Alarmed by this I contacted WonderChef
who asked me to send the invoice and the pictures of the damage. They did
respond stating that they will send a replacement for the product, which was
good. But, when I finally got the product I was shocked to see the product
looked different which is okay. But, then the feel of the pan was not the same
as the original. Also, it already had a small scratch on the rim. And, after
just one use the base colour started coming off.
I again gave a complaint regarding the same. I did receive a
call back from the WonderChef and it
was communicated to me that the coloured base pan had received customer
complaints. And, I was told that the product will be replaced with a new one
which can be used on induction stoves as well. But, LO and BEHOLD when I
finally got the product it was the same that I was told they had got customer’s
complaint. Even, when I told them that I do not need freebies just give me a
pan that works. I was given junk.
I rate them 2/10 it is not worth the inconvenience that it causes.
Pros :
The coating looks and feels fantastic.
The food will not stick whatsoever even without oil.
Comes, with freebies.
Cons :
The coating will not last for a very long time.
Cannot, use the pans on induction.
The replacement takes 2 to 3 weeks to reach you.
