Now a days. In India every night you have this television ads on over hyped Tele-Brand home shop company products. The Ad seemed quit genuine. So i ordered the product called 5 in 1 sofa bed. I was really excited and anxious as this was the first time i was ordering from Tele-Brands. The product arrived after Since the area i was in had no Telebrand branch, So i had to pay extra charges of 700/- and i got the product home.

With lot of excitement i opened the package and started filing air in the sofa using the Pump accompanied with it. To my remorse i found out. That the right hand rest was torn. I called the cornered people over this issue they replied that " As there were no branches of Tele Brands in vicinity of where i recited. i had to pay the shipping cost of 1000/- to replace the damaged product. I sent it back got the new product home after a 10 working days. Eventually found out that there were many other problems i encountered with the product.

- Damaged product received.
- Extra charges to be paid of 1000/- for the exchange.
- Its not as tough as shown in the Ad.It tends to get lot of holes and the repair kit is not sufficient.
- The Air Pump get heated really fast.
PROS
- Its a comfortable bed for sleeping but limited to 2 people.
- Easy maneuverability to move around from one place to another, convert from sofa to bed or packing it for storage.
